About Jill
After many years of deliberation, self experimentation and exploration into food & exercise, and it’s effects on my own body, I took the plunge and decided to make my love of yoga a job. And so, as it goes, “when you are ready to be taught, your teacher will appear”, I met my beloved teacher & guide Swami Purnananda Puri from whom I learned to teach traditional Hatha yoga.
I realised very quickly that diet and self-care were inextricably linked to this yogic lifestyle. And so to offer more rounded & comprehensive support, I trained firstly as an acupuncturist at The College of Medical Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine in Limerick and further as a Nutrition Health Coach at the Irish Institute of Nutrition & Health. Continuing to study at the IINH as a Nutritional Therapist.
Now I feel that I can offer a rounded and open-minded approach to the changes and adjustments that may be needed, for one to proceed through life with vigour and positivity and enthusiasm.
It is not my purpose to ‘fix” any person or to see any person as defective in any way but instead to celebrate your potential wellness and support you as you set yourself back on course to good health and vitality. The fact that you may be reading this means that you are already searching and I commend you for that. For it is in asking the questions that we always find the solutions.
Livewell.
