Hi I’m Jill Hogan! Like you, I too have had my own undulating and winding journey through life. A journey that has brought me into this field of, “naturopathy” which is in essence the idea or concept of naturally supporting the body, to do its’ job of supporting itself.

Understand that making the decision to embark on a journey of restoring your health is not one to be taken lightly, but the results can be so empowering, so uplifting and invigorating.
Nutrition has, for millennia, been a hot topic and today that’s no different. There is no absolute when it comes to what we should eat or how we should eat it & its not up to me to advocate one way of eating over another. What is required for you may not be the want of another – and so it goes.
Our relationships with food are widely varied and for some food is functional for others it is an obsession – I would like to say that I hover in a moderate space in the middle of those two. But the truth is I definitely sway towards the latter. Food & nutrition has at this time taken a seat very much up front and centre stage. Never before have we been so overwhelmed with choice & bombarded with so much advice about what and where we should eat. We often temporarily loose our way. Over time, this can cause some problems for us from a health and wellbeing perspective.
But, there is a way to bring yourself back to a place of healthful living. I believe that this journey is there for everyone to take, whenever the time is right. Understand that making the decision to embark on a journey of restoring your health is not one to be taken lightly, but the results can be so empowering, so uplifting and invigorating.
